A new era of management starts from 2010/2011 Under 13's season.
A note to ALL parents.
I have been involved with this football club since Adam was 5 years old. I decided to take on the manager role for a few reasons.
1. Tom decided to step down after doing a sterling job to become club secretary
2. It will make my sons day (and at the end of all of it thats what matters)
3. I have been involved with most of these boys since they were 5 years old
4. I want a free beer from every boy when they are old enough to buy me one in a pub!
Below are my thoughts on my first season as manager!
1. I need all the help i can get (training, match day, admin, support etc)
2. I laugh first and fight second!
3. If you think i have missed something tell me!
4. I dont take it personally unless its personal!
5. I want the boys to play football and no-one will come to a match and not play
6. I will rotate the squad as much as possible but will play my strongest side against the strongest teams
7. Please do not be NEGATIVE!!!
8. POSITIVE encouragement on the sidelines only please.
9. If parents dont like my decisions then i am sorry but that is football!
10. Benches are for tramps not kids!
